Due to FedEx and UPS shipping regulations, WE CAN ONLY SHIP WINE. We do not ship liquor or beer under any circumstances.
Shipping wine laws vary from state to state and the number of states allowing wine shipments is always changing. ENJOYWineOnline is always working to update our shipping capabilities. Below is a map of the states we are currently shipping to.

Where we ship to in the US
Please note, during periods of extreme hot or cold temperatures, we may hold shipments so your wine is not damaged in transit.
We offer Overnight and Ground Shipping services. Please allow 1-4 business days for order processing. Order processing time is independent of shipping service selected. (i.e.: Overnight Shipping indicates that the order will ship via Overnight, but continues to be subject to a handling period.) We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, UPS/FedEx Stores, Regus offices, or hotels.
ENJOYWineOnline automatically includes insurance up to $100 on all orders placed. If you would like to purchase additional insurance on orders greater than $100, you can select the insurance option at checkout. The insurance rate is $1 for every additional $100 spent (i.e., insurance on a $500 order would cost $4). You may see a second charge for the insurance if you select this option.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase wine from ENJOYWineOnline. All packages sent out by ENJOYWineOnline require a signature from someone 21 or older upon delivery. We are unable to pass along comments on order such as “Please leave on back porch” or “Please leave at front door”. FedEx will attempt delivery three times to the shipping address provided in the order. We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine.
ENJOYWineOnline is 100% committed to customer satisfaction! If there is any problem with your order, we want to hear about it. If a bottle is bad, please put the cork back in the wine and leave the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back any empty bottles. If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please call us at (203) 397-9463 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org right away. ENJOYWineOnline will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you.
Returns made not due to error on the part of ENJOYWineOnline are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipment.
Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from ENJOYWineOnline to the purchaser in the State of Connecticut and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from Connecticut to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine via common carrier, ENJOYWineOnline is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. You will be billed for this service. By utilizing this service from ENJOYWineOnline, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.
Q: I need to ship spirits or beer, can you ship those for me?
A: Unfortunately state laws prevent us from shipping anything other than wine. We would love to ship to you if we could.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship wine within the United States except for the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: 2-10 business days, depending on where you are located, and the shipping option you select. Please allow 1-4 business days to process, package and ship your order. Standard ground shipping will take anywhere from 1-6 business days.
Q: How do you package wine bottles?
A: We use molded pulp trades and custom fit boxes to keep your wine safe.
Q: Can I return wine I purchased?
A: We can exchange wines for any error made on our part (wrong vintage, wrong wine). If a wine is bad or “corked” (it happens!), we can replace the bottle and arrange a return shipment. Any errors not made on our part can be returned with a 20% restocking fee minus return shipping fees.
